COD Return policy

We value your satisfaction at Veidor. If you’ve chosen Cash on Delivery (COD) and are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and with all original tags.

• The item must be in its original packaging.

• Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return.

2. Our team will guide you on the return pickup process.

3. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed in cash during pickup or via bank transfer as agreed.
