Returns & Exchanges

At VEIDOR, every piece is crafted with care and goes through multiple quality checks before dispatch.

However, we understand that issues can occasionally arise, and we’re here to help.

 

Eligibility for Return or Exchange :

We only accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • The product you received is damaged or defective.
  • You received an incorrect size (different from what you ordered).

Please note:

  • Returns or exchanges are not applicable for issues related to fit, liking, color preference, or change of mind.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Any request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.


How to Request a Return or Exchange :

  1. Email us at veidorclothing@gmail.com or message us on our official WhatsApp with your order number, issue description, and images/videos of the product.
  2. Once verified, our team will arrange a reverse pickup from your address.      
  3. Upon quality check approval, we will:
    • Exchange the item for the correct product/size, or
    • Issue a refund in the original payment method (if applicable).

 

Refund Timeline

 

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 working days after the returned item passes inspection.




Non-Returnable Items



  • Products purchased during sale events, discounts, or offers are not eligible for return or refund unless damaged or incorrect.
